Make and Take some ornaments home after learning different ways to decorate them.
January 2019 “48 Hours” - Historical Numbers
The hands-on Program will show Numbers in a variety of historical scripts from Roman, Gothic, Copperplate to Modern lettering. A Power-Point presentation and Hand-outs given.
February 2019 “Love Story” - Guild Valentine’s Party at the Library
Our annual Valentine Guild Party will present Fun and Fellowship as we share Hand-lettered Cards and Calligraphy related Exchange Gifts. Bring your covered dishes to share.
March 2019 “Project X “ - Organize your Art/Craft Room Space
Sharon Schmidt will present her methods and techniques for organizing your craft room. Handouts will be given.
April 2019 “The Shape of Water “ – Brush lettering and Ink
A hands-on program will present the techniques for using Brush lettering on different surfaces. Hand-outs will be given.
May 2019 “The NeverEnding Story” - Home-made Bamboo/ Reed Pen
A hands-on program will present how to cut a reed pen and practice using a Neuland Script. A Power-Point presentation and Hand-outs will be given.
